Finquest is a “members only” platform designed for private market deal professionals to connect with each other for the purposes of general networking, business development, seeking and managing investment or acquisition opportunities, and identifying investors, advisors, and providers of capital. Members use a variety of tools to implement the aforementioned process, including communication and messaging tools, and a variety of analytics (the “Service”). The Service may be delivered through our website which can be found at www.finquest.com (the “Site”).
The Service allows investors and providers of capital (“Investors” or “Investor”) to connect with professional advisors (“Advisors” or “Advisor”) and companies and institutions who have certain investment opportunities (“Issuers” or “Issuer”) which may be suitable for the Investor based on the information which the Investor has provided to Finquest through the Site. Finquest is not involved in the actual transaction between the Investors, Advisors and Issuers, and does not render any investment or legal advice in connection therewith.
