Finquest Announces Key Internal Promotions to Drive Continued Success

Finquest is proud to announce two significant internal promotions that reflect the dedication, expertise, and commitment of our talented team members. As of April 1st, Sruthi Rajasekaran and Jiuyang Guo will be stepping into new roles that recognize their outstanding contributions to the company and position us for continued growth.

Sruthi Rajasekaran – Associate Client Director

We are thrilled to announce that Sruthi Rajasekaran has been promoted to Client Associate Director. Sruthi’s journey with Finquest began four years ago, and since then, her hard work, dedication, and exemplary corporate citizenship have driven her career forward through several promotions. Most recently, in December of last year, Sruthi was promoted to Global Research Team Manager, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to our global research efforts.

Tanguy, CEO and Co-founder of Finquest, shared his enthusiasm about Sruthi’s promotion, stating: “This promotion is especially important to me (and to the company at large) as it highlights our commitment to fostering internal mobility and encouraging talent to evolve within the organization, even beyond their core teams and areas. Sruthi’s journey exemplifies how performance and potential can align with business needs to create new opportunities. This promotion is well deserved and marks a great milestone!”

Jiuyang Guo – Global Research Team Manager

We are equally excited to announce that Jiuyang Guo will take on the role of Global Research Team Manager, succeeding Sruthi in this critical position. Jiuyang joined Finquest five and a half years ago and has since become an essential driver of many of our current Research Team improvements. His dedication and commitment to enhancing research processes, growing and mentoring the team, and supporting global operations have significantly contributed to the team’s success.

Tanguy expressed his confidence in Jiuyang’s capabilities, stating: “It’s truly rewarding to see Jiuyang step into the role of Global Research Team Manager. His consistent  and significant contributions have been instrumental in advancing our research operations. I am confident that Jiuyang will continue to excel and inspire his team to reach new heights.”
