Sruthi Rajasekaran Promoted to Global Research Manager at Finquest

We are pleased to announce that Sruthi Rajasekaran has been promoted to the role of Global Research Manager at Finquest. Having joined the company nearly four years ago as a Research Analyst, Sruthi’s promotion reflects her outstanding contributions and the expanded responsibilities she will take on in this key role.

Originally from Singapore, Sruthi holds degrees in Economics & Finance as well as Applied Finance from the University of York, UK, and Singapore Management University, respectively, providing her with a solid foundation in analytical and research methodologies. During her tenure at Finquest, she has successfully led projects across diverse industries, refined critical research processes, and supported clients in achieving their objectives. Notably, she played a pivotal role in setting up the data operations and research teams in our Toronto office, contributing to the successful establishment of our North American presence.

In her expanded role, Sruthi will lead Finquest’s global research team, with a focus on driving operational excellence across the team to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality results to our clients. In addition to overseeing process improvements to enhance efficiency, Sruthi will manage the collaboration between Research and Technology teams to continually refine our product offerings and operational capabilities, supporting Finquest’s core value of being passionate innovators.

While taking on these expanded responsibilities, Sruthi will continue to work closely with clients on their projects, ensuring that Finquest’s research outputs remain both actionable and impactful.
